Inc. (Harlan) to participate in the Retail Bakery Associations
(RBA’s) Marketplace 2005 to be held in Chicago,
Illinois
AVON,
INDIANA Harlan will exhibit at RBA’s
Marketplace 2005, to be held at the McCormicka Place,
Lakeside Center, in Chicago from April 16 – 18,
2005. The annual event, sponsored by The Retail Bakery
Association and their local affiliate associations,
crosses the country to reach the nation’s retail
bakery owners, supermarket in-store executives, wholesale
bakers and franchise bakery operations.
At the spring show, Harlan will stock the booth with
New York Style Bagels, Pies, (crème, meringue
and specialty), New Crème Loaf Cakes, Cookies,
and Muffins. Harlan now proudly sells “No Sugar
Added” and “Sugar Free” cakes and
pies. Harlan will offer samples to the many customers
and friends who visited with us at our booth. This year
you will find us at Booth Number 932.

Harlan Bakeries, Inc., established in 1991, produces
Harlan Bigger Better Bagelsâ and Harlan Giant
Gourmet Bagelsâ brands, private-label bagels,
and products for in-store bakeries. Harlan now produces
more than just bagels and supplies our customers with
pies (meringue, crème, fruit and specialty);
cakes; cookies; muffins; and breads. In addition Harlan
is a contract manufacturing for many national companies.
Harlan operates four production facilities, including
it 250,000+ square foot facility and corporate office
in Avon, Indiana. Other production facilities are located
